Who is Ali?

Ali Reznikoff - Owner/ President

I didn’t become a coach because I liked the idea of coaching.
I became a coach because I’ve spent my entire career inside the real, often messy work of leadership, operations, and growth.

I started working at 13. By 16, I was managing people older than me and being trusted to run shifts when senior staff were away. Since then, I’ve consistently found myself in leadership roles, sometimes by promotion, sometimes by necessity, and often because I was the person willing to bring clarity to chaos.

I’ve worked for exceptional leaders and for leaders who were promoted because they were great at their technical job but were never taught how to lead people. That experience shaped a core belief that guides my work today:

Leadership is a skill set and it can be learned.

One of the most formative roles in my career was managing sanitation teams for large outdoor events across the country. I was responsible for recruiting and motivating day labor crews to do physically demanding work in difficult conditions with little external incentive. That role taught me more about human behavior, trust, communication, and accountability than any classroom ever could.

Later, I joined a small sales company with a strong vision and no infrastructure. While the owner focused on revenue, I built the operational backbone, accounting systems, QuickBooks implementation, job descriptions, SOPs, hiring processes, and sales support, eventually stepping into the COO role. At the same time, I was building businesses of my own.

What energized me most wasn’t just building systems; it was developing people.
Helping a founder think strategically.
Helping a new manager find their voice.
Helping high performers quiet the internal narrative that told them they weren’t ready.

That is the work I do today.

My coaching sits at the intersection of people, operations, and leadership psychology.

I bring:

  • Real operating experience as a COO

  • A systems mindset backed by my PMP certification

  • Financial and operational fluency as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor

  • A commitment to professional coaching standards as I pursue my ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential

This means our work together isn’t just theoretical. We translate insight into practical structures, decision frameworks, and leadership behaviors you can apply immediately.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all models.
We build tools that fit how you actually think, lead, and run your business.
